In this policy I aim to let you know how I collect personal information. How I use it and on what basis.

This includes what you tell me about yourself, what I learn from you as a client. Plus, the choices you give me about what marketing I can send you.

In this policy I will explain how I do what I do and explain your privacy rights. This includes how the law protects you. Plus, how you have the right to know what information I hold about you and how to receive a copy of it. This also includes how you can change or delete it if required.

I request you read his policy very carefully as it applies to the products and services which I proved to you.

What kinds of personal information do I collect?

I may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Contact details and other information to confirm your identity, your name, address,email,phone number date of birth,

You national ID and National Insurance number

Personal and company/business details about your financial transactions on your account, bank account details and copies of statements, accounts, financial projections and business plans.

Details to confirm your identity, passports, utility bills noting your address.

  • Technical Information

The internet protocol (IP) address used to connect the internet to your computer. Browser type, time settings, zones, plug in types, operating system and platforms.

  • Behaviour

Details about how you use my website and services. This includes information about your visit, click through and from my site. Includes date and time, products you viewed or searches for products and information. Page response times download errors, length of visit to certain pages, page interaction information such as scrolling, clicks and mouse overs. The methods used to browse away from the page. Clicks through to third party affiliate links.

  • Consents

Any permissions, consents or preferences that you gave while on the site. This includes communications that you would like to receive from me. Plus how you would like to be contacted.

How do I collect your information?

If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services. They do so under instruction from me and with controls in place to protect your information.

We do not sell your data to any third parties.

What marketing activities do I carry out?

At this present moment in time we do not use email or contact details to provide information about new products or services. However, this is an area we may develop at a later stage. If we do this, we will only notify you if you have expressed an interest in receiving such information.

You will then have the option to request that we stop sending you information. You will be able to click on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

Irrespective of your contact preferences you will still receive application of interest notifications and progress updates from me.

How long will I keep your personal information?

Your information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the relevant purposes described in this policy.

Where do I store your personal information? 

When your personal data is collected, I use cloud-based hosting providers. Your data is protected via technical safeguards which I have put in place.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website and any transmission is at your own risk.

For example, if you access the internet via an unsecure network. Once I have received your information, I will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Do I transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)?
I will only send your information outside of the EEA to:

Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; or
Work with agents, contractors or advisers who I use to help run my product and/or services.
If I do transfer information to our agents, contractors or advisers outside of the EEA, I will put appropriate safeguards in place to ensure that such information is protected in the same way as if it was being used in the EEA.

What are your rights?
Under data protection law you have certain rights in relation to the personal information that we hold about you. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us using the details set out in this policy.

In certain cases, I may not be able to comply with your request for reasons such as our obligations to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements. In the event that I cannot comply with your request, I will respond to you and tell you why.

You are entitled to a copy of the personal information I hold about you and certain details of how I use it.

Your information will be provided to you electronically, unless otherwise requested.

I will respond to your request within a reasonable period of time, but at the latest within one month of the request (assuming I have any requisite information from you in order to be able to process your request).

You have the right to have your information rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete. I aim to ensure that your personal information is accurate, however, please do contact me if you require your information to be updated or amended.

You have the right to request the deletion or removal of your information. There are, however, specific circumstances where I may be unable to deal with your request, e.g. if we need to retain your information to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

  1. The right to restrict processing:

You have the right to request that I limit the way we use your information if you have a reason for wanting that restriction e.g. in circumstances where you believe that I don’t have the appropriate rights to process your information.

  1. The right to data portability:

You have the right to obtain some of your information in a format you can move from one service provider to another. Should you request it, I will provide you with an electronic file of your basic account information.

  1. The right to object:

You have the right to object to me processing your information e.g. you can ask me to stop sending you marketing communications at any time.
